Paul Pogba at odds with whole Man Utd environment amid Juventus and Real Madrid interest | Football | Sport

Paul Pogba is reportedly at odds with the entire environment of Manchester United. The France international is wanted by both Real Madrid and Juventus, who could lure him away from Old trafford when the transfer window reopens at the end of the campaign.

Pogba left Juventus for Manchester United back in the summer of 2016, four years after he’d quit Old Trafford on a free transfer.

However, his second coming has left much to be desired.

Pogba has shown only glimpses of his best form at United, struggling under both Ole Gunnar Solskjaer and Jose Mourinho.

And the club have done little of note on their end, failing to get anywhere near winning the Premier League or Champions League titles.

Now, Calciomercato claim the 2018 World Cup winner’s relationship with the whole United environment is ‘flawed’.

And it looks increasingly likely that Pogba will depart for a second time when the transfer window reopens at the end of the campaign.

“The question was is he happy. You cannot be happy if you are not competing for the title or for the Champions League.

“The aim is for every top player to do that.

“For now he is concentrated on his recovery the next period is important for him and Man Utd to try to get into the Champions League then the European Championship and then we will see.”

Meanwhile, former Arsenal star Ray Parlour thinks United should accept Aaron Ramsey in a potential swap deal with Juventus for Pogba.

“We all know Pogba is a talented player and he’s won the World cup, but he just hasn’t done it in a Man United shirt,” Parlour said.

“It just hasn’t worked out for him and I think Man United have just got to say, ‘okay he’s a talented player but we haven’t got the best out of him’ – so let him move on and give someone else a go.

“Aaron Ramsey could be on his way again after just one year at Juventus – would that be a good swap deal?

“He’s a super player. They’ll be a lot of clubs interested in him.

“Could he go to Manchester United? He’s the sort of player they need to score you goals from midfield.

“He’s a good age, he’s still got three or four good years ahead of him, so he would surely be on Man United’s radar.”
